The core technique is far beyond the louvered metal tubes, which enabled Cobra to engineer and use high frequency sound chattering technique in the high-flow core to enhance the lower mellow tones. The results are is a muffler system that will perform without ear shattering noise. Note: Will fit 11-13 European Softail Blackline models after modification, drilling of a hole, of the stock muffler bracket. Note: Will not fit thin ending head pipes of 2017 HDI/EU models.
