It has electroplated finishes in black or chrome and comes with approval. It is suitable for 1-1/8 (28.6mm) handlebars. It comes with 2" (51mm) Pullback, investment-cast steel upper and threaded lower construction. Riser tubes are made of 3mm thick, seamless, TIG-welded 4130 chromoly tubing with 1/2-13 threaded mounting holes that accept standard riser bolts. 3-1/2" (89mm) spacing to suit most H-D top triple trees. The stock H-D speedo and tachometer brackets fit the top clamp bolt pattern.
