Description:

We don’t knurl our bars because doing so reduces the surface area where the handlebar makes contact with the risers, thereby compromising clamping power. Stock and aftermarket steel risers commonly found on cruisers and custom big twins have a material density 4 times greater than aluminum. This density doesn't let knurling bite into the riser material, which in turn compromises clamping strength.

Note: Compatible with mechanical and electronic throttles (Throttle By Wire). When using e-throttle, the tube end comes with a special (removable) plug to compensate for the shorter throttle (right) side bar length.

Specifications:

• Made from 1" diameter tubing.
• Madrell bent seamless 4130 chromoly steel 120" (3mm) thick.
• The risers of the bars are not knurled.
• This non-knurled design has a larger clamping area and thus more grip.
• It is electroplated in both black and chrome.
• Fits: 82-21 H-D mech. or e-throttle (excl. 88-11 Springers) with 1" I.D. risers
