Pick up and delivery

You can choose how you want the shipment. We work with several companies.
You can choose PostNL, DPD, DHL Express and FedEx.

You can choose whether you want it delivered to your home or a collection point near your home. If the delivery at home has failed, they will also bring it to a collection point near you.

If you have not received a shipment, it is always a good idea to visit these collection points to ask if it is there. They sometimes forget to throw a note in the door or let you know.

In addition, it is good if it takes longer than intended to ask your neighbors or take a good look around your house to see if it has been placed somewhere.

Of course this is not usual, these are exceptions and are certainly not part of the agreements we make with carriers. Normally they stick to the agreement to deliver it at home.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up at our store at the moment. The reason for this is that we do not have a shop and only an office and warehouse.
