Vance & Hines Twin Slash Monster Oval Slip-ons Chrome (09-13 Touring)

The EC Twin Slash Monster slip-ons from Vance & Hines are designed to meet the approval requirements in Europe, with an Approval 97/29/EC and "E" mark engraved on Chrome.

These dampers are based on the "Big Monster" design and feature the Vance & Hines double slash shielded heat shields with a blue chrome finish.

The EC Twin Slash Monster slip-ons are type approved for all 2009-2011 Harley-Davidson Touring models equipped with the Twin Cam 96 powertrain and use an innovative four-stage noise reduction system to meet the stringent noise standards applicable in the European Union.
